“It took me years, working mostly at night. Improving my designs. Improving the improvements, until the result was a neural network, a learning machine writing its own code through Genetic Engineering. Electronic Darwinism, survival of the fittest. An artificial intellect or artellect, my machine has come to a stage where it is so fast and so intelligent, it will surpass human intelligence within a week from now.Who knows what it will do once it is smarter than its creator? Will it start updating its creator, improving the algorithms, memory capacities and pattern recognition and the like? Or will it just communicate with us, answer questions and enjoy its superiority over us?
Finally, it will come to a stage where humans are too dumb for it to communicate with, and it will set out on a voyage into outer space, looking for other electronic beings, just as intelligent as itself.”
